1. How Do I Report A Complaint About A Product?
We pay great attention to the quality of our products and the focus on service to you as a customer. We want you to satisfy with our products and services. Therefore, we recommend you have a complaint about a product, send an email to: info@petcure.shop. Put in this email a few clear pictures, the description of the complaint and the order number. Then we will get in touch with you to find an appropriate solution. If we can not resolve using the pictures then we will ask you to send the product to us.

When you receive your order we advise you to check them immediately. If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Complaints which are not compensated?
* Damage to the container when the order is shipped by mail. Envelopes can be crushed at the mail processing through which the content can also be pressed flat. The outer packaging can therefore be slightly damaged.
To avoid this, you can always opt for a courier shipment; then the product is shipped in a box and can not be crushed.

* If a product does not work as expected. Animals, like people, react on various products. Should any product does not work enough, you can try the same using a different brand.
3. How Do I Get My Products Best Maintained?
The order from us means it's best to store in a dark dry place at room temperature.

Note: courier services are busy because of the large number of online orders and understaffing. This causes delays. Follow track and trace and only if delivery takes longer than 10 working days we can make an enquiry with the courier service concerned.
